  How do you feel when you call to ask your insurance agent a question and he says, “I have you on my list of people to call today? I can save you some money on your home and your auto insurance.” You feel extremely grateful that you chose Tom and Thomas Bigoski Insurance agency. Tom is very knowledgable and stays current on everything that will impact his customers. He is thorough and efficient and will always get back to you with an answer to any concerns. Tom is also fair and honest and in today’s world that is very important, especially for those of us who are senior citizens and on a fixed income. You can definitely trust Tom Bigoski Insurance agency to provide for all of your insurance needs.

  I was recommended to Tom through a coworker after I received an auto quote from my insurance agency (at the time) that seemed relatively high. Tom was able to slash the quote in half and explain the ins and outs of the new policy he would be replacing my current with, and left me with an obvious decision of switching... Since working with Tom, he has answered all questions i have had in a quick manner and I would recommend speaking with him to see how he can help you... Very pleased with making the switch to Tom's agency!

  I recently switched to Erie Insurance and had an excellent experience with The Bigoski Agency. Due to my work schedule and travel, I was unable to contact Tom during regular business hours; however, he went out of his way to work with me late in the evening. He even volunteered to meet me at his office on a Saturday morning – I never met another insurance agent willing to do that. Tom was very professional and his personalized attention made it seem as if I was his only customer. The Bigoski Agency also was able to provide a great rate that saved me a tremendous amount of money on my auto, home, and umbrella policies. I would highly recommend contacting Tom if you are looking to work with an agent who truly cares about his customers. My only regret is not contacting him several years ago and switching to Erie sooner. Thanks Tom!
